Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Company: Poppers Wholesale / Unlimited
• Consumer: any natural person acting for private purposes
• Distance agreement: an agreement concluded via the internet or other means of communication
• Withdrawal period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal
• Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the consumer to cancel the purchase within the withdrawal period
• Durable data carrier: any means allowing information to be stored for future reference
